I love eating fries with any sandwich or burger, but wanted to find a healthier alternative to classic Russian potato fries. So I made sweet potato fries instead, and they were just as delicious, if not more so. And these fries are oven-baked, which means they’ll use less oil than traditional fries. But they are still crispy and crunchy even baked. They taste even better when dipped in ketchup.

Ingredients
- 2 whole Sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoons garlic powder
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Cut the sweet potato fries into fries and place them in a large plastic bag.
Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder to the bag and shake to coat the potatoes. Spread the potatoes on a large baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 30-35 minutes.
