These Baked Garlic Parmesan Mushrooms are seasoned to perfection with garlic, basil and Parmesan cheese!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces, weight Sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Dried basil
- 2 tablespoons Grated parmesan
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Roughly chop the mushrooms or leave them whole, if desired.
In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and Parmesan. Toss to combine, making sure the mushrooms are evenly coated. Spread the mushrooms in an even layer on a large baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until mushrooms turn golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
