This is not your ladies mostaccioli lunch! Or your mostaccioli on your wedding day. This delicious Baked Mostaccioli is loaded with fresh Italian sausage, sweet onions, green peppers, chopped garlic and marinara. It is then garnished with fresh parmesan, mozzarella and provolone. Baked Mostaccioli can be made ahead, loaded in the fridge, and baked at the optimal time.

Ingredients
- 1 pound Mostaccioli Pasta
- 1 pound Italian sausage in bulk
- 1 Large Seeded, Veined, Chopped Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 5 cups marinara
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1-½ cup Provel Cordes Or Grated Provolone
- 1-½ cup Mozzarella, grated
- ½ cups Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Cook the mostaccioli according to the instructions on the box and drain well.
Brown the sausages in a skillet over medium heat. Remove sausage to plate; cover and keep warm.
Add the peppers and onions to the same skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until the edges of the onions begin to brown. Add the garlic and cook an additional 1 minute. Remove from fire.
Combine cooked sausage mixture, cooked mostacccioli and marinara in a large saucepan. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with provence, mozzarella and parmesan.
Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to brown when touched.
