Shrimps with lemon garlic butter and asparagus.

Ingredients
- 2 books raw shrimp
- 2 tablespoons Melted butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Freshly squeezed lemon juice, or to taste
- ½ tablespoon Lemon zest
- 2 books Asparagus, trimmed and halved
- 9 ounces, weight Cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
On a large baking sheet, add the shrimp, melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, lemon juice and zest. Toss with your hands to evenly coat, then arrange the shrimp in a single layer on one side of the baking sheet.
Place the asparagus and cherry tomatoes in a single layer on the other side of the baking sheet. Drizzle vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper, to taste.
Place in preheated oven and bake until shrimp turn pink and opaque and tomatoes begin to burst, about 8-10 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices and enjoy!
