To cook:
Level: Easy
Ingredients
- 3 Sweet plantains (black bark or very ripe appearance)
- 13 bands Bacon
- ½ cups Spicy brown mustard
- 4 teaspoons Maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons garlic powder
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel the plantains (see post for instructions) and cut into 1/2-inch bite-sized pieces diagonally. Slice the bacon slices in half.
Wrap a piece of bacon around a piece of plantain and place it on a baking sheet. Continue until everything is packed.
