Ingredients
- ten Jalapenos
- 150 grams Cream cheese
- ⅓ cups Fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
- 30 grams Panko breadcrumbs
- 250 grams Bacon
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise. Use a small spoon to scrape out all the seeds and pith.
Combine cream cheese and parsley in a bowl. Top jalapeños with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle a generous amount of panko crumbs on top, then wrap the bacon around the stuffed jalapenos.
Preheat a grill to high, then add the jalapenos, making sure the cheese side is up. Grill the jalapenos for about 2-3 minutes until you have nice marks and the bacon is nice and crispy on the bottom.
Transfer the jalapenos to a lined baking sheet, then bake the jalapenos for 20-25 minutes until the panko crumbs are golden and the bacon is crispy.
