Forget the heavy mayonnaise and add everyone’s favorites for a great recipe overhaul!

Ingredients
- 12 ounces, weight Broccoli salad (or any kind of coleslaw)
- 2 whole Julienned apples
- 1 cup Grated Extra Old Cheddar
- ¼ cups Dijon mustard with honey
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 5 slices Bacon cooked, crumbled
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw, apples and cheese. Add honey mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and stir gently. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Before serving, stir in the bacon and season with additional salt and pepper if needed. Want to skip the bacon for health or diet reasons? Just add a handful of sliced walnuts in its place.
