You know you want it. Healthy fats!
- 1 whole Ripe avocado, cubed and peeled
- ½ whole Lemon, juice
- 1 clove Garlic, peeled
- ½ cups Fresh parsley leaves and stems
- ½ cups sprigs of fresh dill
- 1 whole Shallots, trimmed and cut into 3 pieces
- ½ cups plain yogurt
- ⅓ cups Mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until very smooth, then taste and add a few pinches of salt. Mix again to combine. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving.
Serve with vegetables, crackers or pita bread. Keeps in the refrigerator for about a day, but the color may change slightly due to the avocado. Enjoy!
