Avocado, berries, milk, and a touch of honey and chia seeds make for a creamy, nutritious smoothie.

Ingredients

  • ½ Attorney
  • ½ cups Raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • ½ cups Blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup Milk (cow, almond or coconut)
  • 1 teaspoon Dear
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to the bowl of your blender. Blend until all the ingredients are broken down and the mixture has a smooth consistency.
