The adult version of Starbucks madness!

Ingredients
- 2 cups Half half
- ¼ cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons fresh nutmeg
- ½ cups Pumpkin puree (unflavored)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1-½ cup Vodka
- Ice
- Caramel sauce, to rim the glass
- ½ cups Finely crushed cinnamon graham crackers, for glass garnish and garnish
Preparation
In a large saucepan, heat half and half, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin purée over medium heat until ingredients melt together, about 5 minutes (there may be lumps). Remove the mixture from the heat and pour it into a bowl through a fine strainer to remove the sugar and pumpkin lumps.
Leave to cool to room temperature then add the vanilla extract and mix well. Refrigerate mixture until cold, at least 2 hours, or overnight.
Combine equal parts pumpkin cream mixture and vodka in a shaker filled with ice. Garnish martini glasses with caramel, then crushed graham crackers. Pour martinis into glasses and top with additional crushed graham crackers.
