- 2 whole Apples
- 1 whole Pear
- 1 whole Orange
- 1 cup Brandy
- 1 bottle (Size 750ml) Medium bodied red wine
- 3 whole Star anise
- ⅛ teaspoons Ground clove
- ¼ teaspoons fresh nutmeg
- 2 sticks Cinnamon
- 2 cups sparkling water
Preparation
Cut the fruit into small pieces and place them in a pitcher. Pour the cognac over the fruit. Pour wine over it. Add the spices and stir. Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
Add sparkling water just before serving.
