Fluffy white rice with just the right complement of Asian flavors and a little black sesame seeds. This easy dish comes together with very little prep and goes straight to the oven!

Ingredients
- 2 cups Basmati rice, rinsed
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 3 cups Water
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Black sesame seeds (optional)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Add rice, oil and water to an 8×8 saucepan. Stir. Cover and cook at 350ºF for 1 hour.
Toss cooked rice with rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and black sesame seeds (if using).
Serve hot! This recipe can also be refrigerated for several days, or frozen and reheated. If freezing, place directly in the oven from the freezer, keep covered, and bake until heated through, about 45 minutes.
