- 1 box (Size 8 oz) Garlic Croissant Rolls
- 1 cup Pepper Jack cheese, grated
- ½ cups Canned apricots
- ½ cups Pecans, crushed
Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Spray mini muffin cups with cooking spray. Roll up croissants and pinch edges together to seal. Cut into 24 squares.
Spread each square in a muffin pan with your thumb so that the crust comes on top of each. Fill each with 2 teaspoons of cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of preserves and 1/2 teaspoon of pecans. Bake for 14 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and the top is crispy. Serve hot.
