Ingredients
- ¼ cups Old fashioned oats
- ½ cups Almond milk
- 1 teaspoon Maple syrup
- ⅓ cups Chopped apples
- 1 teaspoon flax seed
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a jar, shake well and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Overnight oats can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
