A beautiful, refreshing breakfast bowl, perfect for summer.
- 3 whole Apples, peeled and cored, divided
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons Dairy-free milk
- 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Sultanas
- 1 tbsp Cashews, chopped
Cut 2 of the apples into quarters and place them in the blender with the maple syrup, cinnamon and milk. Blitz until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into a jar. Stir in chia seeds.
Finely chop the remaining apple and stir. Refrigerate overnight.
Divide among bowls and garnish with raisins and cashews.
