These amazing baked potato chips are incredibly crispy, homemade, fat free and so good! These are potato chips you don’t have to feel guilty about eating.
- 5 Medium sized golden potatoes
- Cooking spray
- Sea salt
Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
Using a mandoline or a very sharp knife, thinly slice the potatoes into fries and pat them dry between two paper towels or clean paper towels.
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and lay the fries on the pan in a single layer. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through. Remove from oven and place on parchment paper. Leave to cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
