Ingredients
- ½ cups Milk
- 1 Chai tea bag (caffeine-free infusion)
- ½ cups Boiling water
- 1 teaspoon Honey (add more to taste)
- 2 drops Almond Essence
- ¼ cups Coconut milk
- Ground cinnamon, for sprinkling
Preparation
Heat the milk in a microwave-safe jug in the microwave for about 1 minute or until hot.
Pour into a milk frother and froth. (If you don’t have any, you can skip this step, it won’t change the taste!)
Place the tea bag in a cup and pour boiling water over the tea bag, letting it steep for a few minutes. Stir in honey and almond essence.
Pour in the coconut milk, then the milk froth and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
