These hypoallergenic chocolate chip pancakes are gluten-free, egg-free, and dairy-free. Also delicious, light and fluffy.

Preparation: 10 minutes

To cook: 30 mins

Level: Easy

Serves: 12

Ingredients

  • 2-½ cups Gluten-free flour
  • 1-½ tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Dairy-free milk
  • ¼ cups coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • Dairy-free chocolate chips, as needed

Preparation

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.

Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter over the pan. Cook until bottom is golden. Carefully flip the crepe with a spatula and cook until the second side is golden brown. Remove from pan and serve immediately with your choice of toppings.
