Crispy and delicious air fried tilapia fillet.
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Ground black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoons Cayenne pepper
- ⅓ cups Plain flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tablespoons Water
- 1 cup Crushed corn flakes
- 1 tbsp Grated parmesan
- 2 rooms Tilapia fillets
Combine salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and flour in a bowl. In another bowl, mix the egg and water. In a resealable bag, combine the crushed corn flakes and the grated parmesan.
Dip tilapia fillets in flour mixture, then dip in egg mixture. Finally, place the fillet in the bag and shake until well covered.
Place the tilapia in the air fryer and set the temperature to 350°F for 13 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking.
