Delicious deep fried ribs.
- 1 grid St Louis style or baby back ribs
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- ½ cups barbecue sauce
- FOR RUB:
- 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Remove the membrane from the ribs and trim the excess fat. Cut and separate the ribs individually. Season the ribs with kosher salt and let sit for 1 hour.
Combine the marinade ingredients and sprinkle a generous amount over the ribs.
Place the ribs in the air fryer and set to 350°F for 25 minutes. Flip the ribs halfway through cooking. (No need to flip if you have the rotisserie function.)
Brush the ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce and serve.
