You’re going to love these low carb low carb boneless pork chops in the air fryer. They’re breaded in a pork rind crust and you won’t believe how crispy they get!
- 1 bag (3 oz size) pork rinds, crushed in food processor
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 4 whole (1 to 2 inches thick) Boneless Pork Chops
- 2 Eggs, beaten
In a shallow bowl, combine the mashed pork rinds with the seasonings. In another shallow bowl, add the beaten eggs.
One at a time, coat the pork chops in the egg, then in the pork rind mixture.
Place the breaded pork chops in the air fryer. For 1-inch pork chops, set the air fryer to 400°F for 12 minutes and flip halfway through cooking. For 2-inch-thick pork chops, set the air fryer for 20 minutes and cook halfway through.
Pork chops are done when an internal thermometer reads 145-160°F.
