This tater tot casserole is creamy and cheesy with beef, vegetables and cheese, topped with crispy tater tots. Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 2 cans (Size 14 oz) Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 bag (10 oz format) Frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz. Size) Frozen Tater Tots
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Cook until beef is no longer pink. Drain the fat from the skillet.
Add the cream of mushroom soup and frozen vegetables to the pan with the beef and cook for a few more minutes, until the vegetables are heated through.
Spread the beef and vegetable mixture into a large greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Top with frozen potatoes in a single layer. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
