This Swedish pancake recipe only requires 5 simple ingredients and is really easy to make. Can be served with any jam or whatever you like!
- 2 Eggs
- 1-¾ cup Milk
- ¾ cups All purpose flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 ounce, weight Melted butter
Mix the eggs with half the milk in a bowl and whisk. Stir in flour until smooth. Add the salt, the rest of the milk, the butter and mix well.
Butter a pan and pour a thin layer of batter. Spread it around the edges. Fry until the surface of the crepe is dry, then flip it over. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
Serve with any sweet toppings you like.
