- 4-½ ounces, weight Nut
- 2-⅛ ounces, weight Whole Medjool dates
Preparation
Add walnuts to a food processor and pulse over high heat until finely ground. Remove 1/4 of the ground nuts and save them for later.
Add the dates to the remaining ground nuts and grind again until a paste begins to form. If the mixture is too dry, add 1 teaspoon of water.
Shape the mixture into balls and repeat until no more dough remains. Roll each ball in 1/4 of the reserved ground nuts.
